went to coed y brenin to do MBR route, got there to perfect but a little cold weather.loverly sunshine, started about 10.30 and after flying round the mbr route..(forgot how rocky it was) we were back to the van by 12!

so we then did the Temtiwr trial which was a little short blast, at the end of this run we went on the new minor taw trail and did loop one, again under 1 hour to do this and the temtiwr trail, so after a short stop we went out and did loops 1,2,3 of the minor taw trail which is super fast rolling gravel tracks, perfect for family's with some big berms and rollers...got back to the van again and as it was only about 2 we did MBR again, which seemed like a good idea at the time but the final descent being so technical, (rocky and loose) it started to take its toil and it was hard work.

No major drama's out in glouiros sunshine and when we got back to the van the van thermometer siad 14 degrees..mind you its a black van.

top day although starting to feel the effects now
